Serafina Quota
If you’re looking for useful, first-hand information about what it’s like to stay with us, you’ve come to the right place. We started ‘Quota’ as a place for our guests to share their experiences with you; whether it’s tried-and-tested gastronomy, authentic agriculture, local craft businesses, or exciting wineries.
‘Quota’ translates as ‘share’, and while this is not the only definition, we felt it was a fitting name for this collection of passionate articles as not only are they sharing their first-hand experiences directly with you, but each person that visits us also contributes a share to the success of this project.
Rather than going on a vacation that’s all about consuming, with us you can contribute your share simply by immersing yourself in the charming and, in many places, still wonderfully traditional way of life of the Piemontese.
