A PERFECT 10.

In December 2019, a small sensation occurred in the town of Belvedere Langhe, which is characterized by the Serafina-Mecca Trattoria del Peso: the town’s culinary offerings were virtually doubled overnight with the opening of The Number10 wine bar in Via Donadei 10.

This new venue was designed with great attention to detail and offers a bar, dining, a little regional culinary merchandising, a classic espresso machine from the 1960s (the older patrons will remember), a cheese and sausage counter, and of course, a beautiful wine selection that also includes bottles from other Italian regions. The owners (Ottavio, an Italian and Raimonda, a Lithuanian) had previously run a restaurant in York before carrying out their own personal Brexit and setting up the Number10 bar.

The wine bar offers some small but delicious dishes and a beautiful garden to enjoy during the summer months. It’s an ideal start to a peso visit or a great place to enjoy a small digestive bottle.
