You’ll find one of my absolute favourite pubs in a remote part of Murazzano, nestled in a village where time stands still.

When I’m in Piedmont, a visit to the Osteria is a must. It manages to simultaneously exude comfort whilst also impressing with its excellent food, including side dishes such as grissini, good bread and an excellent selection of cheeses. There is also a wine selection, some of which will surprise you despite having never heard of them before, but all of which are offered at a modest price.

This pub really is a mandatory visit, which you’ll understand when trying to make a reservation; if you don’t book early, you’ll miss your chance. This makes the Osteria very popular not only with travelers, but also with the locals of the region, which is the highest compliment.
