Dogliani, the five of us.

For three of us, it was a return; for two, the first time—and still, from the very first moment, it felt like exactly where we were meant to be.
Maybe it was the light. Maybe the slower rhythm. Or maybe simply the fact that a glass of wine was already waiting for us when we arrived.
These days had structure, but never anything rigid. Just like the way we work: a clear framework, with enough space for whatever arises spontaneously—for thoughts, conversations, ideas that suddenly appear somewhere between coffee, sunshine, and a quick glance over the vineyards.
A special highlight was the workshop organized by Serafina at Marco’s Osteria Battaglino.
Everything had been prepared with such care that you could immediately let go. On a side table: bread, cheese, and ham, next to wine—as if the evening itself was already quietly sitting with us.
We cooked, tasted, learned, admired—and above all, enjoyed it together.
Mayonnaise became a sauce with tuna, capers, and lemon. Dough turned into handmade agnolotti. Alongside it, a simple aubergine dish. We were also introduced to classic egg pasta—step by step, with calm and dedication.
In the evening, everything came together.
What we had created during the day was served and carried forward. The workshop turned into dinner, dinner into a long evening filled with good conversations, new thoughts, and that particular atmosphere that emerges when work and shared experience begin to blend into one.
